How I handle your information.
Short version: I collect as little as possible, I do not sell it, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.
When you use the contact form
If you write to me through the form on the Connect page, I receive your name, organisation, email address, contact number, country, the area you are interested in, and whatever you choose to tell me about your situation.
I use that information for one purpose: to respond to you and, if we go on to work together, to carry out that work. I do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing. I do not add you to a mailing list.
The form is delivered through a service called Web3Forms, which passes your message to my email. Your enquiry then sits in my email account, as any email would.
When you simply visit
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not follow you across other websites. It tells me how many people visited, which pages they read, roughly which country they came from, and which site referred them. It does not tell me who you are.
That data is retained for thirty days and then gone.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies, which is why you have not been asked to dismiss a banner.
How long I keep enquiries
I keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and review it periodically. If we do not end up working together, I do not need your details indefinitely.
Your choices
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to connect@comm-uni-cation.com and I will act on it. If you are in the UK or the European Union, these are rights you hold under the GDPR; if you are in India, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. I will treat the request the same way wherever you are.
